Shipping & Returns

Method: All Shipments are shipped from Portland Oregon via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise specified.

Estimated Time of Delivery: Depending on the size of your order - small orders of 1-10 items will be shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of order. Large orders of 11+ items may take longer to prepare as all items are handmade by Sue Bradbury. You will be notified of any delay in shipping and given an estimated ship date. or email sue@ellaina.com before placing an order for a time quote.

Handmade Clothing Disclaimer:  All items are handmade by Sue Bradbury. I strive to maintain good quality when sewing all of my pieces, but yes there may be flaws. When possible the materials have been pre-washed. Note the care instructions on all clothing labels to ensure longer life of your garment. Handmade means I made it myself :) Thanks

Returns or Exchanges:  If you are not completely satisfied with your handmade garment, I will gladly accept any un-worn, un-washed, new condition product for return or exchange. All returns will be credited to your PayPal account unless otherwise specified. All exchanges will be sent out within 3 business days upon receipt of returned merchandise.
